http://psychics.co.uk Craig describes a very simple and easy method of meditation that is suitable for the beginner. If you are just getting started a learning to meditate then you may be baffled by the many techniques and methods of meditation that are found within yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism and Spiritualism. Many people get very confused and it is hard to find an easy and simple meditation techniques that helps get you started and is very easy to understand and put into practice.
In this short video Craig explains some of the types of meditation that are easy to learn. He describes guided meditation and guided meditation and what Spiritualists call meditation. He explains what is meditation and what is now and offers a very simple method that you can use immediately to that will allow you to dive deep into meitation using just the breath as your anchor. Yoga and meditation are all about letting go. You let go of stress and clinging and are free to explore the inner world. This simple and easy to understand spiritual method will help you with meditating so that you will be easily able to concentrate and find a stress free inner peace that is free of worry and concern. This is a form of Indian meditation called dhyai (Apart from its historical usage, the term meditation was introduced as a translation for Eastern spiritual practices, referred to as dhyāna in Buddhism and in Hinduism, which comes from the Sanskrit root dhyai, meaning to contemplate or meditate.) The five major religions – Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all practice forms of meditation. Meditation plays a part in all aspects of Indian spiritual life, to greater and lesser degrees depending on the individual practitioner, his or her chosen path and stage of life. Concentrative meditation, such as transcendental meditation (TM), focuses on a single image, sound, or mantra (words spoken or sung in a pattern), or on your own breathing. Mindful meditation, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), does not focus on a single purpose.
This method you will learn is the most simple of all and simply requires you to watch your breath and simultaneously place a mantra onto the breath with each inhale and exhale. It’s about as easy as you can get and is suitable for the novice beginner but is also used by meditation experts.
